Pravinkumar Brijendra Kumar Agarwal, aged 53 years, is the Managing Director and Chairman of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since September 21, 2010. He has more than two decades of experience in businesses such as construction & development, hospitality, and management services. He was appointed Managing Director and Chairman pursuant to a resolution passed by our board on September 01, 2023. He is responsible for overall management and affairs of the Company and the entire group including investment strategy, business development, and overall growth of the Company.

Rohit Ramanand Pareek, aged 43 years, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company since January 30, 2023. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Honours) from Mumbai University since December 27, 2001. He currently oversees the financial affairs and financial management of the Company.
